Is you ok? Because I want to know.
This morning was almost non-existent, as we were all hung over from a crazy boozefest at Aqua Lounge, our last night together before Emily left for Panama City. Sad times! 6 becomes 4, becomes 3! Not long now until we will be back to travelling a deux!
We all managed to get up at 7am to say bye to Emily (already looking forward to our reunion in Hong Kong, only 150 cabillion seconds to go!) and then had to drag ourselves out of bed at 12:40pm to go diving. None of us were looking or feeling great, although Javi went and bought us all Cup Of Noodles ("Mucho mas que un sopa"), which I think helped stave off post-partying puke.
Being in the water definitely helped with the hangovers! Today's dives were probably my least favourite. We did the Deep Dive, down to 27M, but visibility was so poor, there was nothing to be seen but the sandy floor, though I was surprised by how bright it was at that depth. After our coconut break on the beach (where my instructor Abner bartered himself down to giving us the dive photos for free!), we finished off with a fishtastic dive along a reef wall. Then it was high fives all round to congratulate Javi and I. He's got the diving bug too and is glad we talked him into doing it (as am I glad that I was talked round!). Next diving destination for us is Santa Catalina and Javi's thinking about doing his Advanced in Colombia!
Now I just need to get a GoPro! Our waterproof camera was amazing when we were snorkelling in Belize, but now we can both dive, that feature is a bit redundant as it's only waterproof to 10M. Does anyone have a spare £300?!
